1. Who we are
Other Side Academy is a training and creative-services project operated by Oscar Daniel Benavides.
Contact: contact@otherside-academy.com · WhatsApp +34 658 324 854 · Web: otherside-academy.com.
2. Purpose of this website
This website is informational (a brochure). It presents DJ and production courses, mentoring, The Lab, and gear/studio rental.
There is no online payment or automatic booking on the site. Enquiries and bookings are handled via WhatsApp or email.
3. Courses and mentoring
Lessons are in person in Barcelona, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices, availability, schedules, and exact programme details are confirmed in the conversation before enrolment.
Other Side Academy may update programmes and availability; what applies is what we confirm when you book.
4. Gear and studio rental
Rental depends on availability, equipment condition, and the specific terms agreed when booking (dates, duration, deposit if any, pickup/return).
You agree to use gear/studio carefully and to report any issue promptly.
Damage from misuse or negligence may be charged as agreed at booking.
5. Prices and payments
Any prices shown on the site are indicative and may change. The final price is confirmed before payment.
Because there is no checkout on the site, the payment method (transfer or other) is stated in the booking conversation.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation or rescheduling terms for courses, mentoring, or rentals are agreed when you book. If you need to cancel, tell us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
7. Intellectual property
Website copy, branding, photos, and materials belong to Other Side Academy or their rightful owners. Copying or reuse without permission is not allowed.
8. Limitation
We aim to keep information up to date; we do not guarantee that every detail is complete at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Other Side Academy is not liable for misuse of website information or outages outside our control (network, hosting, etc.).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
