You do not create an account on this website. Data we may process includes:

• Information you send voluntarily via WhatsApp or email (name, phone, message, interest in courses or rental).

• Technical browsing data if you accept analytics cookies (visit ID, pages viewed, approximate device, approximate country/city) via Google Analytics 4.

• Minimal server/CDN data needed to serve the site (IP address temporarily in the hosting provider’s security logs).

• Answering enquiries and providing information about courses, mentoring, or rental (WhatsApp/email): pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in responding to your request.

• Measuring aggregate/anonymous site usage with Google Analytics 4: only if you consent via the cookie notice.

• Keeping the site secure and operational: legitimate interest.

We use technical cookies needed for basic site operation (for example, remembering your cookie choice).

Google Analytics 4 cookies are enabled only if you tap “Accept” on the cookie notice. You can refuse them and still use the site.

Provider technical logs: according to their operational policy (usually short periods).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable by writing to contact@otherside-academy.com or via WhatsApp.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you are a parent/guardian and believe a child sent us data, contact us to delete it.
